Lead Business Development (B2B SaaS, iGaming)

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale the Business Development function (processes, pipeline, KPIs, tools)
  • Manage and develop the existing team (2 Business Development Managers)
  • Identify, test, and launch new revenue channels (partnerships, markets, segments, use cases)
  • Analyze existing and emerging markets, identifying growth opportunities and entry barriers
  • Validate monetization hypotheses and build a pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Transfer validated initiatives to Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Product teams for scaling
  • Collect and systematize insights on clients, competitors, and industry trends to support product and commercial decision-making
  • Develop go-to-market and positioning recommendations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Account Management teams
  • Participate in the company’s strategic growth planning

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Strategy within B2B SaaS
  • Experience in iGaming / Betting / Gambling or related high-growth digital industries
  • Proven track record of launching new business directions, partnerships, or markets
  • Experience managing teams or leading Business Development initiatives
  • Strong hypothesis-driven mindset with the ability to validate ideas quickly
  • English proficiency: B2+ / C1
  • Willingness and ability to attend international exhibitions and conferences

Nice to Have

  • Experience with platform-based products and ecosystem partnerships
  • Background in consulting, strategy, or venture building
  • Understanding of GTM strategy, SaaS pricing, and unit economics
  • Strong network within the iGaming industry
