Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute GTM strategy, positioning, and core messaging for B2B platform products
- Build a measurable demand generation system: channel mix, lead flow, qualification rules, and handoff to Sales
- Own performance marketing: testing framework, creative strategy, budgets, CAC/CPL control, and reporting
- Develop content and brand assets: website structure, landing pages, brochures, expo materials, and sales enablement
- Drive marketing analytics and attribution: dashboards, funnel tracking, CRM integration, UTM hygiene, and reporting cadence
- Manage events and partnerships marketing: planning, materials, lead capture flow, post-event follow up process
- Lead team execution: workflows, prioritization, hiring needs, onboarding, and performance reviews
- Align weekly with Sales on pipeline targets, lead quality, objections, and conversion improvements
- Maintain compliance aware communication for regions and ad platforms where restrictions apply
